Counselling

What to expect

You might be seeking counselling for recent life challenges or for long term wounds, to change old patterns or to understand yourself better.  I’m trained as a trauma-informed counsellor, integrating person-centred, Gestalt and Cognitive Behavioural therapies. This means we’ll work together in a way that's best for you, to create better awareness, healthier coping strategies and to help you reconnect with yourself.

In your first session we’ll discuss what’s going on for you and together we'll unpack this with warmth, compassion and understanding to help you move forward with more resilience, confidence and hope.
