What to expect
People who come for my 6 sessions of Commitment Coaching are often looking for to understand what they want in life both personally and professionally, how to fully commit to their aspirations, and how to stay motivated and empowered.
We’ll build a compassionate space together where you can explore what you want from life and what’s blocking you from getting it, while focusing on meaningful actions that align with your values. Through encouragement, accountability, and tailored strategies, you’ll transform your mindset and let go of unhelpful patterns, creating lasting change with clarity and purpose.
Sessions
Session are 60 minutes online and cost £60 each. The sessions come as an initial programme of 6 and I suggest bi-weekly, but we can work at a pace that suits you.
Many clients go on to have monthly check ins or explore a different focus in the future, depending on what you need after our initial programme ends.
